Please be aware that Chromecast only supports certain formats/codecs.

It can read formats like mp4, mkv, 3gp and m4v, but all of these can use different codecs.

On a Chromecast:

Rotate, zoom and pan images easily on the "play now" button, press the coBlack Jack 21m "four arrows" button.

// Subtitles

Subtitles work with Chromecast and Apple TV 4:

- Use integration with Opensubtitles.org

- Press a subtitle file after playing the video.

Subtitles in the same folder are added automatically.

You can define the folder where the subtitle search will be carried out.

Display time, font, background color and subtitle color can be changed.

Subtitle encoding in settings: e.g. for Arabic subtitles choose UTF-8.

Some DLNA servers add subtitle information, some don't.

Press "route audio to your phone" on the playback screen to stream the audio to your phone.

It is impossible to sync automatically as network delays make this difficult.

This feature is in beta: it may work most of the time.

This app is free and contains advertisements, all purchases unlock the Pro version features:

- Removal of advertisements

- Search (just no device)

- Preview videos when fast forwarding and rewinding on the playback screen
